Annas Outreach Ministry

is a way that we can show the love of Jesus Christ to others by reaching out those who have fallen on hard times, or who are struggling to get by.  There is no better gift we can give anyone than to share the Gospel of Christ while meeting their physical need!  As it says in James 2:15-16: If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food, and one of you says to them, Go in peace, be warmed and be filled, and yet do not give them what is necessary for their body, what use is that?

CCF Mens Ministry

focuses on equipping men for their roles in the body of Christ, at their homes and workplaces, and in their communities.  God says in 2 Timothy 3:16   All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.  Therefore we recognize that the ultimate method of equipping men for every aspect of life is in the study of Gods Word.

Prison Ministry

Our goal is to take the gospel to the men incarcerated at Alexander Correctional Institute, witnessing to the lost and encouraging those who have trusted in Jesus Christ to walk worthy of their calling.  We serve through Forgiven Ministry (Taylorsville, NC), which organizes a yearly rotation schedule for churches to provide coverage for the various parts of the ministry.  The prison ministry programs CCF is involved in are:

  • Bible Study meets the 2nd Monday of each month.
  • Fathers club  meets after the monthly Bible Study - attendees are encouraged to stay in touch with their children and to know whats going on in their lives.
  • Ezekiels Room  work with the children of inmates who come for visitation.  Activities include a Bible story, a craft and a card for their daddy.
  • Adams Center provide food for families who come to the Center at Forgiven Ministry before or after a visit with inmates.
  • Birthday Party  once yearly we provide a meal and a small gift for each attendee whose birthday falls in that month.
  • Christmas Dinner  partner with Three Forks Baptist Church to provide a Christmas dinner for 100 of the inmates.  This is one of several nights when area churches provide meals during this blessed season.
  • One Day with God  Once a year about 20-30 men get to spend the day with their children at the prison.  Games, activities and crafts along with quiet time with the daddies make this a memorable day for all.
  • Infirmary  weekly visits to inmates with serious health problems (cancer, heart, surgery rehab, etc) to present the gospel and encourage in the Word those who know the Lord.
  • Discipleship Class  as scheduled
